The Windsor Plaza Hotel in HCM City has become the first hotel in the country to gain membership of Boutique Hotels and Resorts International, a global alliance of independent hotels and resorts. The alliance, headquartered in Florida, is active in providing branding and marketing support, and reservations and distribution capabilities to its member hotels around the world.
