Some 50 Austrian officials have taken an eight-day Premium Travel Service tour designed by Saigontourist Travel Service Co, with visits to Ha Noi, Ha Long Bay, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue, HCM City and Mekong provinces. The guests experienced Vietnamese culture from north to south, visiting Viet Nam’s first university Quoc Tu Giam (Temple of Literature) in Ha Noi as well as Ha Long Bay and the historic town of Hoi An. They heard royal music performances in Hue and later visited the Opera House and Notre Dame Cathedral and attended an ao dai fashion show in HCM City. They wrapped up the trip by touring the Cu Chi guerrilla-warfare tunnels. At the client’s request, Saigontourist designed the Premium Travel Service tour, which included 5-star hotels, specific meals with traditional music performances, and top tour guides. The company said last year the Premium Travel Service accounted for 30 per cent of Saigontourist’s total turnover of VND675 billion (US$45 million). Source: Vietnamnews |
