Days 1 - 2: Phnom Penh Arrival
Arrive in Phnom Penh and explore the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, National Museum and learn about the Khmer Rouge at Tuol Sleng Museum and Killing Fields. You will have some free time to indulge in the vibrant riverside café and restaurant scene, and wander the Central Market and Russian Market in pursuits of a bargain.
Day 3 - 4: Siemreap Fly to Siemreap - the gate city to Angkor Complex
Here you will discover Tonle Sap Lake on a sunset cruise before taking to the temples. From awesome Angkor Wat to the Bayon, Angkor Thom, Banteay Srei and beyond. Much of your temple touring will take place on an exciting tuk-tuk ride.
Day 5 – 6 - 7: Siemreap fly to Saigon
Fly from Siemreap to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) - A walking tour past some of the landmarks in District 1, such as the Opera House and Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame Cathedral will help you get acquainted with Ho Chi Minh City.
Take a day tour out to the lush waterways of the Mekong Delta, where you will experience the floating markets of this fertile region,
Take a tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels and learn about the tenacity and resilience of the Vietnamese. On the way visit Cu Chi tunnles – the relics from the Vietnam War which remain the great net of tunnles used by V.C.
Days 8–9: Flight from Saigon to Danang – Hoi An
Enjoy the architecture, local delicacies and friendly locals that make Hoi An a true Vietnam highlight. Visit her ancient houses, tailors and galleries, relax at the beach or take part in a cooking demonstration.
An atmospheric boat trip down the Thu Bon River will bring you to the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Ancient Town then visiting the handicraft villages along the river.
Days 10–11: Transfer to Hue
Drive north to Vietnam’s former imperial capital and wander the last empire’s Forbidden City, the Citadel, as well as tombs of the Nguyen Kings and the banks of the Perfume River. The journey itself is part of the appeal; travel over Hai Van Pass for spectacular views of the mountains, the sea and lush rice paddies.

Days 12–14: Hue – Hanoi – Halong Bay
Fly to Hanoi and take a cyclo ride through the Old Quarter, the best way to get to know the ancient laneways and local people. Discover historic Ba Dinh Square and take time at Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and Museum, and the One Pillar Pagoda. Spend an afternoon cruising Halong Bay, where you will enjoy a seafood lunch and a swim (weather permitting). Enjoying a night on the vessel with double cabin. Departing Vietnam on day 14 from Hanoi.
