Bai Chay Beach
Bai Chay beach lies along the shore of Ha Long Bay in Quang Ninh province, is a windward ocean resort that runs along the sea for more than 2km. Bai Chay is dotted with old opine trees, multi-storey restaurants and well-equipped hotels. Poem Mountain
Bai Tho mountain is 106m high. It runs along the coast, half on land and half in the sea. Sailing in the bay, one or two hundred meters from the mountain, one can see a poem carved on a flat stone cliff. In 1468, King Le Thanh Tong, who was also a poet, made an inspection tour of the North-East region. He stopped at the foot of the mountain and inspired by the magnificent beauty of the surroundings, he wrote a poem. Later, he had it engraved on the wall of the mountain. Climbing to the summit offers spectacular panoramic views of the bay.

Long Tien Pagoda
Long Tien Pagoda, the biggest in Ha Long was built at the end as the Nguyen Dynasty. It consists of six rooms, two stories and eight foods. Long Tien pagoda is the holding place for all of the statue from the temples and pagodas of Ha Long city, a sort of museum of religious figures. In addition to Buddha, this pagoda is also dedicated to the " Holy Mother" and to the heroes of the Tran Dynasty.

Halong Bay
Spread over the emerald waters of the Gulf of Bac Bo, the legendary Ha Long Bay cover the regions of Ha Long city, the town-ship of Cam Pha and a part of the island district Van Don. The bay encompasses 1,969 island of various sizes, 989 of which have been given names. The natural beauty of Ha Long bay has long been prized and was first recognized as the World Heritage in 1994 by UNESCO. In 2000, UNESCO reorganized it as the World Heritage for the second time for its geographical and geomorphologic values. This confirm the global premier value of Ha Long bay. Two main kinds of islands can be distinguished: limestone and schist, which formation would date back to 250 or 280 million years ago.

Tuan Chau Island
It is located on the south-west of Ha Long bay, 8km from Bai Chay tourist Wharf, 2km from national way 18A. It is a schist island very pretty, with a luxuriant forest. It has an area of 220ha, and to the east and south are two beaches endowed with very white and fine sand. One can go to Tuan Chau island via the 2km cement road from the mainland to turn it into a modern tourist resort. It clues such fascinating extras as the dolphin, sea lion, and seal-performing club, animal circus club, golf court, cultural-sports center, beach rural market, ornamental first lake, villas in Hill 1 and Hill 2 with 300 rooms, guesthouses and five 50 room villas by the beach. The ensemble of five restaurant and one round house built in the pagoda motif can serve up to 1,000 guest at the same time.

Dau Go Grotto
The grotto is on Driftwood island, formerly known as Canh Doc island The name Driftwood Grotto comes from the popular story of the resistance war against the Nguyen Mong aggressor. In a decisive battle, Tran Hung Dao was give an order to prepare many sharp bamboo stakes to be planted on the riverbed of the Bach Dang river. The were the remaining wooden pieces were found. Seen from afar, the entrance to the grotto appears to be blue, and has a shape similar to that of a jell first. After 90 steps up the island the entrance is reached. The ceiling of stalactites falling down from the roof of the grotto look like a waterfall. The grotto is divided into three main parts. In the first champers, exposed to natural light many forms can be seen in the rock according to the imagination of the observer. In the middle of the chamber, on the to of the pillar, there appears to be a monk draped in a long, dark cloak, with his right hand clapping a cane. Moving into the second champers visitors pass through erosion. The light her is mysterious and new images appear in the stone. The third champers of the grotto is widely opened. At the end of the grotto is a well o clear water. Looking up in the dim light we recognize that surrounded is the image of an ancient citadel and a scuffle of elephants, horse, man with bristly sword and spear. All are making a rush and be petrified suddenly.

Thien Cung Grotto
This grotto is one of the most beautiful grottos in Ha Long bay. Thieen Cung is situated on the south-west side of Ha Long bay, 4km from the Wharf outside of Ha Long city. The way to Thien Cung is a perilous one, covered on both sides by thick forest. After entering a narrow gate, the magnificent grotto’s 130m long girth opens up. Gritting in we are more astonished in front of the very animated and splendid beauty which is made from stalactite. The grotto related to the legend of King Dragon. According to legend, a beautiful young lady named May (Cloud) caught the eye of the Dragon Prince and he fell in love with her. They were centre of the grotto. All the scenes of their wedding. Which lasted for seven days and seven nights, have been seemingly fossilizes in the grotto. On the east wall of the grotto, there is a grandiose and imposing picture with characters of tales. In the centre there are four large pillars supporting the "roof of heaven". From the base to the top, many strange images seem to exist in the stone, including birds, first, flowers and even scenes of human life. On the northern wall of the grotto, a group of fairies appear to be singing and dancing in honor of the wedding. Under the immeasurably high ruff, stalactites from a natural stone produces the sound of a beating drum.

Bo Nau Grotto
Some 2 - 3km southeast of Trong Mai islet lies Bo Nau grotto. This vaulted grotto covers 200m2. The name is associated with the fact that pelicans offend take shelter here. The floor of the grotto is wide and flat, but not deep. Stalactites fall down the ruff of the grotto in different clusters. Meanwhile stalagmites grow up in deferent shapes and layers. At the entrance are three stones, looking like three fairies with their heads close to one another. two men appear to be playing chess, with the third serving as a referee. Standing there, one can hear the murmur of the sea all year round.

Virgin and Male Grottoes
The Virgin grotto is situated in the island range of Bo Hon, in the system comprised of the Surprise grotto, Dong Tien lake, and Luon grotto, 15km south of Bai Chay beach. For some fishermen, the Virgin grotto is home, while of young lover it is a popular co mantic rendezvous site. When visiting the Virgin grotto you can still see in the middle of the grotto a stone statue of a lying-girl with her long hair hanging down and her eyes looking to the sea on a vain hope. Situated opposite Trinh Nu grotto, Trong (or Male) grotto has a stone statue of a boy who turns his face to Trinh Nu grotto. One still hears his vain scream in tune with the wind blowing into the cliff somewhere.

Historic Site of Yen Tu
The area of Yen Tu is made up of system of pagodas, shrines, towers and forest, belonging to the village of Truong Yen Cong Commune, Uong Bi Town. It is about 40km from Ha Long city and 14km from Uong Bi Town.
