Summer Specials - Cruise departing from Saigon - A different kind of weekend escape -A weekend cruise departing every Saturday from Saigon to the Mekong Delta with the first cruise beginning on June 13, 2009.
Day 1: Saigon - My Tho - Cai Be
7.30 AM. Conveniently embarking our boat at Saigon’s Bach Dang Pier and cruising towards the lush Mekong Delta via Cho Gao canal, guests can enjoy the natural beauty and serenity of the mighty Mekong River onboard our comfortable 12-cabins wooden rice barge. While cruising through the scenic landscape, lunch will be served in the al fresco board restaurant sampling delicious Mekong Delta’s dishes. In the afternoon we will go on land for a biking excursion to My Tho. Enjoy a Sunset Mekong Cocktail on sundeck. Dinner and overnight onboard near Caibe. (Lunch, Dinner)
Day 2: Cai be - Ben Tre - My Tho - Saigon
After breakfast on deck, we embark a sampan to explore the Delta’s bustling floating market in Caibe and cycle leisurely through fruit orchards on a remote island. Return to our boat for lunch. Later we will cruise the countless canals splintering around Ben Tre by rowing boats then cross the Tien Giang River to disembark in My Tho where we will be then transferred back to Saigon by bus arriving in the city around 6.00PM. (Breakfast, Lunch)
