Hi Mr. Huyen,

We have been home for a few days after the great tour you had arranged for us. We had to take a few days' rest before getting back to you to thank you for putting together a great itinerary of the three countries, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam.

It was well organized and almost everything worked very well. The tour guides and drivers you had chosen were great and we really like the way they showed up on time and kept to the itinerary. They took the time to explain any changes that were needed due to circumstances beyond their control, such as closing of the Royal Palace at Phonm Penh for the public the day we were supposed to visit there.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed of the tour and saw some of the places we were yearning to see for a long time. Thanks again for a job well done!

May I mention there were a couple of little hiccups. You are aware of the hotel situation in Hanoi. Some of the tour guides said they did not know about my wife's meal requirement (her not eating meat). So, she was not very pleased at some meal times. I am letting you know of these so that you can have them corrected for the future.

Overall, we were very pleased with the arrangements and appreciate your able assistance in making this tour a success.
