Day 1 : Saigon Arrival Met in Tan Son Nhat airport. Taking a half day tour of Ho Chi Minh City, still called Sai gon by many locals visiting the Notre Dame Cathedral, Sai gon Post Office, a lacquer ware factory, the bustling market of Binh Tay Market in Chinatown and Giac Lam Pagoda. Day 2 : Day tour to Tay Ninh Caodaism Holy See and Cu Chi tunnels Heading out of town to Tay Ninh, the headquarter of Cao Dai region. Attending the fantastic mid-day temple service when the followers fill the hall. Exploring Cu Chi Tunnels, an incredible underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the Vietnam War with hundreds kilometers of underground tunnels. Day 3 : Day Tour to Mekong Delta Driving southward to Cat Be exciting floating market with local people being occupied in selling, purchasing, exchanging goods from their boats. Take a walk thru the orchards and visit the rice-paper making and rice crispies family factories of the Mekong people. Day 4: Land way to Dalat Start northbound journey to Da Lat, one of Vietnam’s most charming towns. At an elevation of 15,000 meters, Da Lat, called the" city of eternal spring". The city is set around a lake and surrounded forests, waterfalls and rolling countryside. Day 5: Land way to Nha Trang beach City City tour in Dalat with visiting the former villa of Emperor Bao Dai, Hang Nga House, Xuan Huong Lake, the Central Market, the Love Valley and Lam Ty Ni Pagoda. In the afternoon, we travel by road to Nha Trang with stopover at the scenic Pass of Ngoan Muc and the 13th century Po Klong Jarai Cham Towers. Day 6: Tours to offshore islands in Nha Trang Visiting Tri Nguyen Aquarium on Mieu Island is the first place to visit. Mun Island is the best island for snorkeling where you can see lots of lives colorful corals and fish. Day 7 : Flight to Danang and transfer to Hoi An ancient town Transferring to Cam Ranh airport for the flight to Da Nang. Met in Danang airport then transferred to Hoi An ancient town. Visiting the tranquil and charming Hoi An with its low tiled houses of Chinese commuinity houses, Japanese covered bridge, brightly painted temples and pagodas make it one of Vietnam’s most delightful places. Day 8: Day Tour to My Son Santuary Driving to Holyland of My Son which was a former capital of the ancient Cham civilization that ruled central Vietnam between the second and thirteenth centuries. Hinduism from India heavily influenced their religion. Mi Son is considered to be one of the best-preserved Cham structures in Vietnam. Day 9 : Hoi An - Hue Departing for Hue, enjoying beautiful view on the way, via Hai Van Pass (Cloudy Pass) and the picturesque beach of Lang Co. Visiting Cham museum in Danang where display Cham’s finest sculpture and artifacts. In Hue, we visit the Citadel, the Imperial Quarter. Visit vibrant Dong Ba market and enjoying an evening on boat in Perfume River with traditional song. Day 10: Visiting Royal Tombs and Thien Mu Pagoda, taking night train to Hanoi Boarding dragon boat for a cruise along lovely Perfume river with a stop to visit Thien Mu pagoda, considered by many as the unofficial symbol of Hue. It is active Buddhist monastery with its origins dating back to 1601. We continue our ride upstream to visit King Minh Mang tomb, in a tranquil setting of gardens and lakes. Transferred to Hue train station for the night train to Ha Noi (soft sleeper). Day 11 : Hanoi City Tours Arrival Hanoi train station in morning. Visiting Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, His House on stilt, One Pillar pagoda nearby, and Temple of Literature - the first college of Vietnamese education. Visiting the Quan Thanh temple and Tran Quoc pagoda in the bank of West Lake and the Ethnology Museum. Having a cyclo tour around the Hanoi Old Quarter. In the evening, we enjoy Water Puppet Show. Day 12 + 13 : Two day tour to Halong Bay Starting the trip to Halong Bay. Arriving to Halong we embark on a cruise out to explore the picturesque scenery blending with the sky and some 3,000 limestone islands rising amazingly from the clear and emerald water. Along the way we will anchor for a visit to Sung Sot Cave and Titov beach a leisurely swim in a secluded beach. Back to Hanoi on next day. Day 14 : Hanoi Departure Transferred to Noi Bai airport for the departure flight.
